Marching Band and Color Guard Registration
Complete registration for each student who will participate.
Before registering, review the band calendar and Band Handbook with your student.
1. Complete Registration Information
We will send an email with your personal link to the registration form with some information already filled out to save you time.
If you do not receive this email, complete the form here.
2. Sign Required School Forms
We will send a different email requesting you to complete and sign the following PDF forms electronically:
WCPSS Parental Consent and Student Medical Information for School Trips
WCPSS Student Name and Photograph/Video Privacy Release
3. Accept Instrument Usage Agreement
After your registration information is added or updated in the CutTime database, the system will send you an email, text message, or both.
Bookmark your personal "magic link" (included in every message from CutTime) to sign in later.
When requested, accept the Instrument Usage Agreement in CutTime.
4. Make Initial Fair Share Payment
After costs are assigned to your student in CutTime, make your initial Fair Share payment.
You can do this online in CutTime or by mail with a check. See Fair Share.
5. Come to the Band Kickoff Event
Ask questions, meet other band parents, and get help with sizing for uniforms and accessories at this fun drop-in event.
