Felton Grove Marching Band Registration
To register to be a part of the 2025 Felton Grove Marching Band, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
STEP 1
Read the Felton Grove Band Handbook. In Step 2, students and parents
will be asked to acknowledge that they have read certain sections of the handbook, so please be sure to read it.
STEP 2
Students and parents complete the online registration form together.
NOTE: Complete this step separately for each student
If you previously completed the online registration form, please skip to Step 3
STEP 3
Review the Required Accessories Form.
These are additional financial responsibilities including equipment (instruments and supplies, guard equipment, etc.), selected uniform items (ex. shoes, gloves, undergarments, etc.), some expenses on trips (ex. meals), etc. which are not included in the fair share.
Payment for items will be due Registration Night.
STEP 4
Complete the forms packet. If you have more than one student, each
student needs their own set of forms.

All of the forms have fillable fields that you can complete before you print.
PRINT ALL FORMS SINGLE SIDED except the Parental Consent and Student Medical Information for School Trips form which may be double-sided. (If you already completed the Parental Consent/Student Medical Form, you do not need to complete it again.)
Have student and parent/guardian sign all forms.
Take all completed forms to Registration night and turn in to the appropriate stations.
STEP 5
To pay by check, make payable to FGBBA. On the memo line, please indicate the student’s name, activity (ex. Marching Band, etc.) and payment description (ex. Fair Share payment #1).
You may pay by credit/debit card within the CutTime app in your student's account. There is a 3.5% processing fee for each transaction.

STEP 6
Attend registration night and bring the completed the forms and payment.

Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm - once you are done with registration, you may leave
